Returns & Exchanges
At LITTLE MATCH GIRL your satisfaction is always important! That is why we allow our customers to do returns or exchange for a different style or sizes. To minimize the unnecessary carbon footprint of shipping, please shop consciously.
You can return your order within 14 calendar days (for local orders) and 28 calendar days (for overseas orders) upon receiving your order.
All items returned have to be in their original condition - attached with original tag, unworn, unaltered and purchased directly from littlematchgirl.com.sg only.
Returns or Exchange via our store @ Amoy St or Raffles City.
Do note that :
- If you would like to exchange size or style, please email to our customer service at : email@example.com
- Each order is only valid for one-time exchange.
- Returns/exchanges are not allowed for Sale item or orders using special promotional codes
- Exchange only made available if the size or style is available.
STORE CREDIT REFUNDS
If the product is successfully returned, your return will be processed as Store Credit equivalent to the purchase price within 5-7 business days from when we receive it. We do not provide cash refunds for any return orders and delivery fees, if any, won't be refunded.
The value of the store credits will be the paid price of the return item, in Singapore currency (SGD). Store credits are valid for 6 months upon from the date of issue.
Should you use partial of the store credits for your next purchase, the remaining credits will still have the same validity as per your date of issue. Store credits are non-exchangeable for cash.
We try our best to accept all returns as long as they reach us in good condition and in their original state.
In the unlikely event that a product is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
We apologize for letting this product slip through our quality checks. If you are looking to return a defective item or received an incorrect item,
please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org We will get back to you as soon as we can.
For returns on defective products:
Please do provide us with (1) your order number and (2) clear pictures of the issue in your email so we can get this sorted for you.
For incorrect items sent to you:
Please do provide us with (1) your order number and (2) the product code, size and color details of the wrong item received in your email so we can get this sorted for you.
Please note that the incorrect item should be in their original condition; attached with original tag, unworn, unwashed, unaltered.
Please note that we will only be able to address incorrect and defective issues on items made directly from littlematchgirl.com.sg
You will need to pay for your own shipping costs for returning your item (except for defective/incorrect items). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend you use a trackable shipping service so as to ensure your return parcel reaches us.
Meanwhile, we thank you for your continuous support and understanding.
Store credits valid for 6 months from the date of issue. The credit note can be used subsequently, as long as there is a value. Delivery cost will not be offset for all order(s).
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Only one time exchange is allowed for all orders.
For return mails, please ensure that the items are in complete brand new condition, unwashed, unworn with tag.
Return parcels are to be mailed back with return form attached via a traceable mode of delivery within 14 days (Singapore parcels) and 28 days (international parcels).
Not applicable for sale items, accessories, other online/offline sale promotions and orders using exchanged-credits.
Exchange for a different size is allowed for all items except for sale items and accessories. However all exchanges are based on stock availability.
All exchanges must be mailed back with a traceable mode of delivery.
We will not be liable for any parcel loss during the transit and are unable to process your exchange request if the parcel did not reach us.
DEFECTIVE & INCORRECT ITEMS

COLOUR & MEASUREMENTS ACCURACY
We strive to portray the most accurate colour possible of our products that appear on our site. However, there may still be slight colour discrepancies due to individual’s screen.
As each piece is individually made, please allow a variation of +/- 1-2cm on measurement and we do not classify these under defects.
