Customer Care

Yes. An account is needed to facilitate your purchases. Your account will also allow you to view details of all your orders and your credit vouchers.

You can reset your password by going to the “Log in” page and clicking on “Forgot your Password”.

Log in to your account

Select the item(s) you wish to purchase

Select color before selecting the size

Click "Add to Bag"

Move your cursor to your shopping bag and click on “Pay Now”

Enter voucher code (if any) and select “Add”

Check that the value of your voucher has been deducted from your total cost

Choose your delivery address

If you have any special request for us, please leave us a message

Agree to the terms of service by checking on the checkbox

Select your preferred mode of payment. You do not have to set up a PayPal account if you are doing a credit card payment.

You will be directed to PayPal's secured site for payment. Proceed with payment.

If your payment is successful, you will receive an email with your invoice and purchase details.

If your payment is unsuccessful, please check that your information is accurate (e.g. expiry date, billing address, security code). If the details are correct but still cannot make payment, try paying with another card. If you have tried all these and are still having problems, please contact our customer service team.

Orders cannot be changed once you have checked out your shopping cart.

Items are not reserved until payment has been made.

We are happy to share that all local deliveries are currently free for all local deliveries.

For International Customers:
Various shipping rates apply to different destinations - you can refer to them here. Please note that this charge does not include prevailing custom charges and/or additional local delivery charges if required.

For Singapore Customers
Your order will be processed within 1-2 working days and will be attempted to deliver to you within 3 working days from the day an Order Shipped email is sent to you.

For International Customers
Your order will be processed within 1-2 working days and will take anywhere from 2-5 days to reach you depending on where you are from the day an Order Shipped email is sent to you.

In the unfortunate event that you have received a wrong or defective item, please email us at sales@littlematchgir.com.sg and we will assist you accordingly.

We accept PayPal and all major credit cards such as VISA and Mastercard.

Yes, PayPal accepts payment via a Debit/Credit Card under their Guest Checkout option.

We accept bank or ATM cash transfer.

Yes, absolutely! We do not retain your credit card information after your order is complete. Rather, you will be directed to PayPal's secured site for payment.

In your shopping bag, enter the credit voucher code in "Voucher Code" field and click "Add". The total cost will be updated once the credit voucher has been successfully applied.

After successful payment at PayPal, you will receive an email with the subject “Your payment to LITTLE MATCH GIRL Pte Ltd” from service@paypal.com.sg.

If you do not receive this email shortly after your payment, please contact us at sales@littlematchgirl.com.sg and we will assist you accordingly.
